Laboratory Design & Installation Services
At Traxle Lab Furniture Systems our goal is to provide a level of service that meets your needs. We can simply send you a few cabinets and a countertop or we can design and install an entire laboratory for you.
Site visit to evaluate your needs
Our laboratory design and installation service process begins with a visit to your lab. Let us get to know and understand your operation. We will review the available product lines and take measurements of your lab. If you already know what you need and have drawings simply email them to us for a quotation.
Free Lab Planning & Concept drawings
Once we have visited your lab and taken measurements we can develop a lab plan for your laboratory design and installation. We will create detailed drawings put them into a pdf format and email them to you for review. This process usually requires multiple revisions. Once the optimal plan is created we are ready to provide a detailed proposal for you.
Fume hood systems design
Once you have selected your fume hood we can assist with the design of the exhaust system. We will recommend the appropriate ductwork and size of the fan. We can supply the ducting and the fume hood fan that will stand up to the chemicals you are using.
Lab casework and fume hood installations
Our experienced installers arrive with the delivery truck to unload all the materials. We work with you to minimize disruptions. We work together with the plumbers and electricians to ensure the job is done right. All work is done to the highest quality standards.
Refurbishing of existing labs
Many companies have a limited budget and an entirely new lab is just not possible. We can replace the countertops, re-line the fume hoods and paint the cabinets for a like-new lab.
